The service offering will include:
1. Appointment of a Key Account Manager
This person would be a recruitment specialist with an in-depth knowledge of your industry sector, pre-approved in advance by your company. They would become fully briefed in all aspects of your business requirements and would in effect become a recruitment ambassador for your company. They would also act as the sole point of contact for you and ensure that the level of service will never be compromised.
2. Sourcing Methods
Selection: Achievers will ensure that all potential hires are thoroughly pre-screened, interviewed, pre-tested (where appropriate) and approved by the Key Account Manager.
Database: Our state of the art recruitment specific software is used to retrieve in excess of 5,000 candidates.
Advertising: Our marketing department uses tried and trusted methods to attract high achievers including; websites, press adverts, direct mail, radio campaigns, promotions, trade magazines etc.
Head Hunting: In sectors that require professionals with very specific skills & qualifications, we can spearhead a head hunting campaign on your behalf.
3. Recruitment Process
The following is a step by step guide to our recruitment process which can be tailored to your specific requirements:
- We will advertise positions on job boards, our website and press adverts.
- Search our database for relevant candidates.
- Screen CV’s for potential candidates.
- Telephone interview relevant candidates.
- Face to face interview and pre-test candidates (where appropriate).
- Forward suitable CV’s to you after the Achievers first interview.
- Liaise with you to ensure that interviews with suitable candidates are arranged.
- Ensure suitable candidates are fully prepared prior to interview and briefed on your company, who they are meeting and the role for which they are being interviewed.
- Once the offer is made the Achievers will handle this delicate part of the process from start to finish keeping all parties fully informed throughout.

4. Warranty
Should the placed Candidate (new employee) leave the employment of the Client within 12 weeks of initial commencement of employment, we will proactively endeavour to replace the candidate free of charge, providing the corresponding invoice has been settled in full within the agreed terms.
